Cancellation Policy


‐ If you cancel more than 48 hours prior to your activity you will receive a 94% refund. 6% is kept to cover credit card processing fees.

‐ If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your rental or tour, we will charge the full rental price for last minute cancellations.

‐ For No Shows we charge the full rental price.

‐ If the Company cancels for any reason we will issue a 100% refund.

‐ In the event that weather interferes with your rental or tour, you may reschedule without penalty.
